Who Can Apply

We welcome applications from graduate students enrolled in accredited counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy programs who are ready for practicum or internship placement.

Universities We Work With

We partner with graduate programs across Arkansas and welcome new academic partnerships. If your university isn't listed with us yet, reach out — we'd love to talk.

Supervision Philosophy

Support That Builds Confident Clinicians

Our supervision model pairs each intern with a licensed clinical supervisor who provides consistent, individualized feedback. We believe strong supervision produces both better outcomes for clients and more confident, capable counselors.

Training opportunities include case consultation, skills workshops, and exposure to a range of presenting concerns and populations.

What to Expect

A Placement Built Around Your Growth

One-on-One Supervision

Each intern is paired with a licensed clinical supervisor for consistent, individualized feedback throughout the placement — not just periodic check-ins.

Real Client Experience

Interns work directly with community members seeking outpatient counseling, building the clinical hours and confidence graduate programs require.
